The above prices are valid for booking a minimum of 7 nights in high season and 2 nights in other periods. We provide individual offers on the availability and price of periods of different lengths.

The price includes exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 persons, free parking for 1 car in the closed parking yard of the apartment house and end-cleaning fee.

The price does NOT include the tourist tax, which is 550 HUF/night/adult in Siofok, and the safety deposit, which is 150 EUR (60.000 HUF). The safety deposit will be returned in full on departure if no damage has been done and if the apartment is returned in the same condition as when you took it over.

Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out till 10 a.m.

Although we also love pets, unfortunately you cannot bring them with you to the apartment.

Booking procedure

You can check the availability of the apartment in the calendar above. If you find a free period when you would like to stay with us, please let us know using the online form below.

Once we have received your booking request, we will prepare and send you a written offer with all the details to the email address you have provided. You will then have 2 days to finalise and secure your booking by transferring 20% of the accommodation fee as a prepayment. The remainder of the accommodation fee (80%) must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival to the apartment.

If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you may do so at least 30 days before the first day of the reservation without penalty and the prepayment will be refunded in full. If you find a new date that suits you, we will be happy to reschedule your reservation. For cancellations between 0 and 29 days, the prepayment is non-refundable and will be charged as a penalty.

Our apartment is located directly on the Golden Beach in Siofok. The four-storey apartment building has its own enclosed beautiful garden and parking yard, and is right next to the awesome free-entry beach.

It is directly connected to the Balaton Cycle Route and everything you could possibly need for your holiday is available on the Golden Beach: beach snack bars, restaurants, bars, playground and fitness park, pedal boat and SUP rental, water slide, changing rooms, showers, toilets.

The water on the south shore is shallow, slowly deepening and safe, excellent with children. The apartment is within easy walking distance from central restaurants, the Giant Ferris Wheel and the Plazs (main beach).
